This Moroccan villa is located in the countryside within about 7 acres of land and benefitting from spacious living areas. Located just 10 miles south of Marrakech, it is easily positioned for day trips to the city and several nearby golf courses. There are excellent views of the Atlas mountains from the grounds, offering exploration and day trips to this breathtaking location (there are also some notable restaurants in the mountains).
The property itself is set over one level, with all rooms leading from the main atrium. The living areas are spacious (approx 450m²) including a Moroccan style living room with all round seating for 12 (with TV, video, DVD). Bedrooms have Moroccan style ensuite bathrooms, whilst the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances; some rooms enjoy good views towards the Atlas Mountains and over the south facing pool area. There is a roof terrace with loungers and seating available.
The property is fully air conditioned, whilst for client comfort the swimming pool may also be heated up to 24 degrees. There is a hamman, pool house with bar and BBQ available. The property also has ADSL broadband available.
There is a full time housekeeper who resides within the grounds. There are also other staff who carry out pool cleaning and gardening at various times and whom generally take care of the guests as required. The housekeeper will prepare meals for you, organise grocery shopping or make restaurant reservations as you wish. A daily maid service is included.
